Our full-length knee brace socks are designed to be worn under your knee braces. The uppers have COOLMAX®, a material that absorbs and wicks moisture to the outside of the fabric so it can evaporate quickly and keep you cool and dry. At the back of the sock there is X-Flow mesh for ventilation.

To keep the socks in place, they have silicone-printed, non-slip cuffs. Designed with flatlock stitching for additional comfort and also sport-reinforced ankle, heel and instep sections.
